East Indiana Area Health Education Center (EI-AHEC) Funding Opportunity

East Indiana Area Health Education Center (EI-AHEC) is pleased to announce a funding opportunity for community health programs that address AHEC objectives.

Indiana's network of Area Health Education Centers work to improve health in the state by recruiting, educating, and retaining healthcare professionals for medically underserved communities.

AHEC programs focus on one of three objectives:

* Promoting Interest in Health Careers for K-12 Students
* Supporting Clinical Exposure & Training of Current Health Professional Students
* Supporting Continuing Education for Practicing Health Professionals

EI-AHEC is offering mini-grants of up to $1,500 to fund projects in the 14-county EI-AHEC region that address one of these objectives.
