NEW EcO15 Decatur County Coordinator

Ashley Emsweller Hungate has been selected as the new EcO15 Decatur County Coordinator. Hungate, a Decatur County native, graduated from Indiana State University with degrees in Public Relations and Journalism. Hungate has more than ten years experience in government and commercial communications. Most recently, she was the Public Information Director for INDOT’s Greenfield District, fielding hundreds of media and customer calls each year. Her background also includes grant writing and administration, as well as project management.
